Terms of Use

These terms are a simple contract for using Soft Boring Weekly. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

The service

Soft Boring Weekly lets you write a short weekly review and, with a paid Soft+ plan, unlock unlimited history, feeling trends, and Soft Wall. The product is provided as-is. We may change features, prices, or availability with reasonable notice on the site.

Accounts

You must provide a real email you control and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to break into the app, other accounts, or the admin backend.

Soft+ and payments

Paid plans and sticker purchases are billed by Stripe. Taxes, receipts, and card details are handled there. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless we say otherwise. Manual plan changes in admin do not create a Stripe charge.

Your content and Soft Wall

You keep the rights to the reviews you write. By saving them you give us a license to store and display them to you. If you pin a week to Soft Wall, you allow other Soft+ members to read that week, comment, and place stickers. Sharing is optional and can be reversed. Do not post other people’s private information. Soft Wall has a short etiquette page (Guidelines) — be kind, skip spam, and only share weeks you mean to share.

Limitation of liability

The service is a writing tool, not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost reviews, downtime, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you are on Free.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete the account from the account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the community wall. The privacy policy explains how data is handled after deletion. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
