What if Soft+ has no payment keys yet? + The pricing page still looks complete, and checkout stays off. Writing the latest four weeks stays free. Soft+ opens only after a real subscription or a gift code — we never pretend a payment went through.
Will the weekly reminder email me? + The weekday you pick is saved. A letter only leaves once this server has email set up (Resend or SMTP). Until then, nothing is sent.
What stays free? + You can write anytime. The latest four reviews stay open, and you can download those four as JSON. Older weeks, trends, the full Soft Wall, and the monthly digest stay with Soft+.
Does a wall thank-you email anyone? + No. A thank-you stays on the corkboard. Neighbors are not emailed, and it does not become an inbox letter.
How do I leave Soft+? + When payments are on, cancel from the Stripe customer portal on your account page. If payments are not configured, there is no subscription to cancel.
